before you get started.
What is Enforce?
Enforce is an Android app for planning your day, protecting focus time, and recording your progress. It brings goals, habits, app restrictions, accountability, and reflection into one place.
How does it help me stay focused?
Choose a task and start a focus session. Enforce can restrict the apps you choose while your session runs. You set your allowed apps and protection settings, and Android permissions enable the relevant controls.
Does my plan start focus sessions automatically?
Creating a plan alone does not start protected sessions. Start focus yourself, or explicitly approve eligible work in your current day’s plan on Android. You choose what to activate.
What’s different about the unrestricted version?
Direct includes stronger lock settings and approved planner automatic starts. Play keeps user-controlled selected-app focus and excludes hard locks, automatic starts, background zones and health sampling. Pro does not change these edition boundaries. See the installation guide before switching editions.
Can I download Enforce now?
Both editions are being prepared. This page will link to their official releases when they are available.
Is Enforce available on iPhone?
This launch is focused on Android. An iPhone release hasn’t been announced.
